Welcome to the new look Grenada Property website. Currently we feature the foremost development on the Island - Bacolet Bay Resort & Spa. Bacolet Bay is a 41 acre, 5 star luxury Caribbean resort that is due to open it's first phase at the end of 2012. Situated on the South of Island in a sheltered bay Bacolet has some of the most amazing views found anywhere in the Caribbean.
280 superbly designed properties sit on 2 connecting plots. The front and beach plot is close to 50 metres at it's highpoint above the beach, and therefore affords most of the properties interrupted views of the Caribbean sea. The Garden plot is set amongst the green forest and again due to the topography affords many of its properties views of the sea in the adjoining bay.
There are two ways to purchase on Bacolet Bay; by buying the whole individual property or by fractional (shared ownership). This site deals with whole ownership only.
